Tammy Bothwell
Tammy's yoga journey began when she took her first prenatal yoga class in 2002. Due to scoliosis, she sought out yoga in hopes of reducing her lower back pain which doctors said would dramatically increase during pregnancy. Yoga not only reduced her back pain but also increased strength, flexibility, body awareness, while reducing stress and so much more.

In 2008 Tammy completed YogaKids Foundations teacher training. She went on to complete her 200 hour Yoga Training with Niki Meyers and Marsha Pappas at CityYoga in 2009. Her passion for prenatal yoga expanded into teaching when she completed her Prenatal Teacher Training with Sarah Longacre in 2010. She is currently completing her 300 hour yoga teacher training with Kate Lombardo and Patrick Franco.
Yoga has been an important part of Tammy's life for over 21 years and she loves to share the many benefits of yoga with her students through creative classes designed to be accessible to every student in the room.

Lindsey Jay
I'm a wife to my husband Josh and mom to 3 beautiful girls- Lexi, Eloise, and Eliza. I've been teaching a wide range of group fitness classes since 2014 and personal training since 2019. In my spare time, I love to run and have ran 18 half marathons and 1 full marathon with more scheduled in the very near future. With my family, we love camping and often find ourself camping on the weekends during the summer. I'm excited to be teaching classes with this wonderful bunch!

Julie Greenlee
Julie enjoys teaching functional yoga classes which prioritize what the pose is doing for the body, rather than how it looks. She teaches classes for all body types and includes breath work and meditation. She emphasizes the ability to modify poses to suit individual needs and body limitations. Julie’s yoga journey began 15 years ago when she was trying to find an exercise program that would help with lower back issues. Initially, she found the stillness and silence of yoga almost unbearable. However, her mantra became simply, “stay on your mat”. Soon enough, she realized that is what yoga really is. Yoga is showing up for yourself and for life. Julie completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Ahna Hoke Yoga in partnership with Blooming Life Yoga. In her free time, Julie likes to spend time with family and friends, walking her dog, reading, cooking and traveling.

Lauren Mansoori
Lauren started at Core Fitness as a client back in 2023 and loved the dynamic of the studio so much she became an instructor in 2024. As a busy mother of two wild little girls, Lauren uses her time at the studio as her creative outlet and thrives on the connections she makes with her clients. Her passion for Pilates comes through in her energy and routines. When not at the studio, you can find her at the soccer fields or tennis courts cheering on her girls or catch her traveling to different parts of the world.
